Dear Aunty, At seven, when I joined Nritya Geethanjali, little did I know that it would turn out of be one of the best blessings in my life. At that time, it meant missing out on lazy weekends, television and Sunday morning sleep. Today, when I look back, I realise those were well-spent moments, benefits of which I am accruing even now after 25 years.

Thank you so much for making me part of your Nritya Geethanjali family and teaching me not only dance, but also discipline, meticulousness, deference for elders and punctuality. These are values that I will always associate with you.
